I come from a family of artists. My mother has her paintbrushes, my sister had her charcoal, and I have…my camera.

Hi there, lovely. I’m Vera, and I chronicle love stories and family legacies through documentary-style photography. Natural, nostalgic, and storytelling moments are what fill my soul and my camera roll. The North Georgia mountains are home, but I’m available to travel for family sessions, lifestyle photos, and weddings nationwide.

Preserving your legacy is about so much more than the milestones-let’s document you, your littles, and the ones you hold dear just as you are, because life is now.

Vera was amazing to work with. She was incredibly professional, flexible, and SO talented. From the booking, payment, photo session, and follow up, everything was so simple. Working with her is effortless! Vera was also able to manage a HUGE list of requirements with ease (13 people, multiple families, the pressure of Christmas card photos, children, etc.). We got beautiful posed shots of our family, but the candid shots stole the show. She made the photo session fun! …We will cherish these photos for years to come! Book her ASAP!

Family is everything. Those three words by themselves don’t mean much but strung together they are one of the most important lessons learned in life. Capturing family, the true heart and spirit of family, takes a certain gift and a creative eye to truly be authentic. Vera has this gift in spades. Our Mommy and Me session was incredibly easy because it wasn’t forced. Being able to interact with my child while he showed his personality and was allowed to explore and cuddle and giggle with me was the most wonderful experience. Vera made us both incredibly comfortable and relaxed and her gentle and patient personality made everything that much better. But the images… I was in tears over every picture because what she captured was so beautiful and tender. I’ll treasure these for my whole life because this age is so fleeting and I feel like she stopped time for me in a time I so desperately want to hold on to. We can’t wait to do more sessions with her in the future and my husband is excited to step in front of her camera with us next!
